We'll arrange a convenient time to visit your property, discuss your requirements and carry out a full survey to ensure we recommend the right solution for your home.

Deposit Payment
To secure your installation date and order your equipment, a deposit payment is required. The remaining balance will be detailed within your quotation and invoice documentation.

Receive Your Quote
Following the survey, you'll receive a clear, no-obligation quotation detailing the recommended system, installation works and full cost breakdown.

Pre-Installation Confirmation
Approximately two weeks before your installation date, we'll contact you to confirm all arrangements and ensure everything is ready for the day of installation.
Electrical Works
Please note that our quotations do not include the electrical supply from the consumer unit (fuse board) to the outdoor air conditioning unit. Where additional electrical works are required, we work with a trusted network of fully qualified and vetted electricians who can provide a separate quotation directly to you.
Aftercare & Support
Once your installation is complete, we'll talk you through the operation of your new system, provide any relevant documentation and remain on hand for any future servicing or support requirements.
